The SkinFare crew got to spend all weekend next to the river watching all the river runners do their thing and spreading the SkinFare love. Surf competitions, gate races, dance parties and crazy sales at the general store (including $3 off on SkinFare) were some of the festival highlights.

A big thanks to the Nantahala Outdoor Center for having us and supporting local companies like us. Some of our other local Asheville friends, Adam and Anna from Bellyak (check it out here) were there too playing in the river and showing everyone their awesome boats (Adam is surfing the wave in the picture above).

Overall we had a blast and can’t wait til next year. GAF is definitely something everyone needs to check out.
